Until May 2019, Saber Feedback was available in a limited free plan. Although we haven’t offered our free plan to new users since May 2019, we’ve kept access to the free plan to anyone who started using it before then.
We stopped offering our free plan to new users in May 2019.
If you choose a paid plan by 1st January 2021, there will be no disruption to your feedback button.
If you don’t choose a paid plan, on 1st January 2021 your Saber Feedback button will no longer show on your website, and your account will be given “cancelled” status.
How to switch to a paid plan
- Sign to your Saber Feedback account
- Click on “Account”
- Click on “Change Plan”
Why are we ending these plans?
We’re a small, bootstrapped company. We need to watch our finances carefully to ensure we stay profitable and sustainable. It costs us money to run Saber Feedback. We’ve come to realise that offering a free plan is not something we should be doing, if we want to keep our business healthy.

New customers can still try out a Saber Feedback button for free for 30 days.
