We’re having temporary problems processing feedback reports that include screenshots.
We’ve discovered the nature of the problem.
The service we use to generate screenshots is failing in some cases. It seems to be affecting feedback reports made by users on Windows with the most recent update of Chrome.
We hope to solve this very soon.
None of your feedback reports have been lost. They in a queue are waiting to be successfully processed.
We’ve now resolved the problem.
Furthermore, we’ve improved our ability to diagnose and solve similar problems in the future.
We’re also going to add better monitoring so that we should catch similar problems almost immediately in the future.
