BugHerd and Saber Feedback both let people report problems on a website, with a screenshot and browser details, and send those reports to the tools your team already uses. They’re built for different jobs, though.

The short answer: BugHerd is built for agencies and web teams collecting client feedback while they build or review a site, with comments pinned to the page and a task board to manage them. Saber Feedback is built for collecting feedback from customers and visitors on a live website or web app, with no per-user pricing and Jira, Asana and Linear from $99 a month.

Pricing and team members

BugHerd charges by team size. The Standard plan includes 5 team members, Studio 10 and Premium 25, and each extra member costs about $8 a month. Clients and guests who only leave feedback are free and unlimited.

Saber Feedback has no per-user limit on any plan. Your whole support, product and development team can see and act on feedback without the bill growing as the team does. Every plan also has unlimited page views and unlimited feedback.

Integrations

Both tools send feedback to project management and bug tracking tools. The difference is the plan you need:

BugHerd has some integrations Saber Feedback doesn’t, such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams and time-tracking tools like Harvest.

Feedback from clients vs feedback from customers

BugHerd works like sticky notes on a web page. A reviewer clicks an element, leaves a comment pinned to it, and the comment lands on a task board where your team moves it from to-do to done. It also handles feedback on Figma designs, PDFs and images. That’s ideal when a client is signing off a site you’ve built.

Saber Feedback is a feedback button that every visitor to a live site can use without any instructions. You build the form you want, with 14 field types including text, dropdowns, checkboxes, and star and emoji ratings, plus follow-up questions based on earlier answers. Each report includes the page URL, browser, operating system, screen size, and the JavaScript errors that happened before it was sent. You can also attach your own data, such as a user ID or account name, so you know exactly who sent it. The form works in 15 languages.
