Marker.io and Saber Feedback both put a feedback button on your website that sends reports, with screenshots and browser details, into tools like Jira, Trello and Asana. They’re built for different people, though, and that difference decides which one fits.
The short answer: Marker.io is built for agencies, QA teams and user acceptance testing, where a small team reviews a site in detail. Saber Feedback is built for collecting feedback from your customers and visitors on a live website or web app, with unlimited page views on every plan, so traffic never pushes up the price.

Page view limits
This is the biggest practical difference for a customer-facing site. Marker.io’s Starter plan includes 5,000 page views a month and the Team plan 25,000. That’s plenty for a staging site that a few people review. On a live site or web app that real customers use every day, it runs out quickly.
Every Saber Feedback plan has unlimited page views and unlimited feedback. You can show the feedback button to every visitor, on every page, without watching a usage meter or moving up a plan because traffic grew.
Integrations
Both tools send feedback to the project management and bug tracking tools your team already uses, including Trello, Asana, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Basecamp. The differences are in which plan you need:
- Jira: on Marker.io, Jira starts on the Team plan at $149/month billed yearly. On Saber Feedback, it’s included from the $99/month Startup plan. See how Saber Feedback works with Jira.
- Zendesk: on Marker.io, Zendesk is part of the Business plan with custom pricing. On Saber Feedback, it’s included from $99/month, which suits support teams that want feedback to arrive as tickets.
- Slack, email and webhooks: Saber Feedback can post reports to Slack, email them, or send them to your own systems by webhook, alongside a tracker.
Marker.io has a few integrations Saber Feedback doesn’t, such as Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com and Azure DevOps, and its Team plan adds issue sync.
Screenshots and reports
Both tools capture a screenshot of the page with each report, along with the page URL, browser, operating system and screen size. Saber Feedback also records JavaScript events, including errors, from before the report was sent, and you can attach your own custom data, such as a user ID or account name, to every report.
Marker.io goes further for developer debugging. Its reporters can annotate screenshots, and the Team plan adds session replay and developer tools. If your team needs to watch exactly what a tester did before a bug, that’s a real advantage.
Forms
Saber Feedback lets you build the form you need, with 14 field types including text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and star and emoji ratings, with follow-up questions based on earlier answers. You can use different forms on different parts of your site, such as a bug report form in your app and a content feedback form on your help pages.
Marker.io’s widget is built around bug reports and review comments, with custom metadata and issue types on the Team plan. That suits QA and client review well, but gives you less control when you want to ask customers specific questions, such as a rating or a follow-up.
