Gleap started as an in-app bug reporting tool and has become an AI customer support platform, with live chat, an AI support bot, surveys, roadmaps and session replay alongside bug reports. Saber Feedback does one of those jobs: a feedback button that sends reports, with screenshots and browser details, into the tools your team already uses.
The short answer: choose Gleap if you want live chat, an AI support bot and bug reporting in one platform, or if you need feedback inside mobile apps. Choose Saber Feedback if you want a simple feedback button for your website or web app, with unlimited page views and Jira, Slack and other integrations from $99 a month instead of $149.

Pricing and user limits
Gleap’s Starter plan is cheaper than Saber Feedback, but it includes one seat, one project and no integrations, so reports stay inside Gleap. Integrations such as Jira, Linear, GitHub and Slack start on the Team plan at $149 a month billed yearly, or $179 monthly.
Gleap also prices by monthly active users: 10,000 on Starter, 100,000 on Team and 200,000 on Pro. A busy site or web app moves up a plan as it grows.
Saber Feedback has flat plans at $49, $99 and $249 a month with unlimited page views, unlimited feedback and no per-user limit. Integrations start on the $99 Startup plan, so you get reports into Jira or Slack for $50 a month less than Gleap’s Team plan billed yearly.
Integrations
Saber Feedback sends each report into Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Basecamp, Redmine or Zapier, with the screenshot attached, or to your own systems by webhook.
Gleap’s Team plan connects to Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack, HubSpot and others, and adds an API, webhooks and an MCP server.
A support platform or a feedback button
Gleap is built to run customer support: conversations, an AI bot that answers questions, help center articles, surveys, roadmaps and changelogs, with bug reports as one part of it. If you want all of that from one vendor, it’s a strong option, and it supports mobile apps as well as websites.
Saber Feedback is for teams that already have a support and project management setup and want customer feedback to land in it. You build the form you need, with 14 field types including ratings and follow-up questions, run different forms on different parts of your site, and show them in 15 languages. Each report includes the page URL, browser, operating system, screen size, the JavaScript errors from before it was sent, and any custom data you attach, such as a user ID or account name.
