Pastel and Saber Feedback both help you collect feedback on a website, but they’re used at different times by different people. Pastel is a review tool for agencies and designers getting comments from clients and colleagues. Saber Feedback is a feedback button for customers and visitors on a site that’s already live.
The short answer: use Pastel when a client or colleague is reviewing a site, design or PDF before it’s signed off. They open a link and leave comments on the page, with no account needed. Use Saber Feedback when you want ongoing feedback from the people who use your website or web app, sent straight into Jira, Trello, Asana or Slack.

Review links vs a feedback button
Pastel loads your site inside its own review canvas. You send a client the link, and they click anywhere on the page to leave a comment, then reply and resolve threads with you. Pastel works the same way for images, PDFs and videos, so one tool covers a whole project. Nothing needs to be added to the site itself.
That’s ideal for a review round, but your customers will never see it. Saber Feedback is a small script you add to your site, which shows a feedback button on every page. Anyone using your site can click it, point at the part of the page their feedback is about, and fill in the form you’ve built. Each report arrives with a screenshot, the page URL, browser, operating system and screen size, the JavaScript errors from before it was sent, and any custom data you attach, such as a user ID.
Pricing
Pastel prices by users and active canvases. The Pro plan includes 2 users and 3 canvases, and the Team plan 5 users and unlimited canvases, with extra users at $24 each.
Saber Feedback has flat plans at $49, $99 and $249 a month, with unlimited page views, unlimited feedback and no per-user limit. Screenshots and integrations start on the $99 Startup plan.
Integrations
On Pastel, integrations with Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com and Zapier start on the Team plan at $99 a month billed yearly.
Saber Feedback includes every integration from the $99 Startup plan: Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Basecamp, Redmine, Zapier and webhooks.
