Userback and Saber Feedback are both feedback widgets. Each puts a button on your website or web app so customers can send feedback with a screenshot and browser details. Userback has grown into a wider platform with surveys, session replay and a feature portal. Saber Feedback stays focused on the button and on getting feedback into the tools you already use.
The short answer: choose Userback if you want a free plan, session replay, surveys and a feature request portal in one tool. Choose Saber Feedback if you want a simple feedback button with no per-user pricing, and Jira, Asana and Linear from $99 a month instead of $89 to $119.

Seats and sites
Userback limits both the people who can manage feedback and the number of sites you can use it on. The Team plan includes 5 seats and 5 sites, and Business 15 seats and 25 sites, with extra seats charged each month.
Saber Feedback has no per-user limit and doesn’t count sites. Plans differ by the number of feedback forms (3, 10 or 25), not by sites. You can add the button to your marketing site, your web app and your help center, and invite everyone who needs to see the feedback, without changing plan.
Integrations
The biggest price difference is in the integrations. On Userback, the Team plan connects to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zapier, but project management tools such as Jira and Asana start on the Business plan at $89 a month billed yearly, or $119 monthly.
Saber Feedback includes all its integrations from the $99 Startup plan: Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Basecamp, Redmine, Zapier and webhooks. Each report goes straight into the tool, with the screenshot attached.
Userback offers two-way sync with Jira and ClickUp on its Business plan, so status changes in Jira show up back in Userback. If you manage feedback inside Userback, that’s useful. If you’d rather manage it in Jira, Saber Feedback gets it there for less.
Forms and reports
Saber Feedback lets you build the form you need, with 14 field types including text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and star and emoji ratings, plus follow-up questions based on earlier answers. You can use different forms on different parts of your site, and the form works in 15 languages.
Every report includes the page URL, browser, operating system and screen size. Every plan also records JavaScript errors, page loads and AJAX requests from before the report was sent, and lets you attach your own data, such as a user ID or account name. On Userback, console logs, network requests and custom data start on the Business plan.
Userback’s screenshots go further. Users can draw on them and record video, and the Business plan adds session replay. Saber Feedback has no drawing tools by design: a customer clicks the part of the page their feedback is about, and that’s the screenshot.
