GetFeedback is SurveyMonkey’s self-serve website feedback tool. You sign up, choose a plan, create a feedback button or form, and add it to your site with one line of code.
It’s a good fit if your team already uses SurveyMonkey. But it isn’t the only option, and depending on what you need, a simpler or more specialised tool may suit you better. Here’s how GetFeedback compares with five alternatives.
The short answer: for a simple feedback button with screenshots and unlimited page views at a fixed, published price, choose Saber Feedback. For AI analysis of feedback, choose Usersnap. For surveys and session replay in one tool, choose Userback or Contentsquare. For an enterprise platform covering web, app and email feedback, choose Mopinion, or stay with GetFeedback if you already use SurveyMonkey.

What is GetFeedback?
GetFeedback collects feedback from visitors to your website. According to SurveyMonkey’s launch announcement, it offers three kinds of feedback:
- An always-on feedback button
- Forms triggered by what a visitor does on your site
- Forms embedded in a page
Feedback from all your forms goes to one dashboard, where you can look for trends. GetFeedback is aimed at marketing, product and digital customer experience teams who want to know why visitors leave, which analytics alone can’t tell them.
How much does GetFeedback cost?
GetFeedback doesn’t publish its prices. You choose a plan as you sign up, so check GetFeedback’s site for current pricing.
If you want to know the cost before you start, all five tools below publish their prices, and a small site can collect feedback for a few hundred dollars a year.

All five tools below add a feedback button or survey to your website. Prices were checked in October 2026.

1. Saber Feedback
Saber Feedback adds a feedback button to your website. Visitors click it, fill in a short form, and can include a screenshot of the page they’re on. Each report arrives with the page URL, browser, operating system and screen size, so your team can act on it without asking follow-up questions.
Saber Feedback’s forms can be customised and shown in 15 languages
Forms have 14 field types, including star and emoji ratings, checkboxes and text boxes, with follow-up questions based on earlier answers. You can style the button or use your own, and show it in 15 languages. Feedback goes to your Saber inbox and straight into tools you already use, such as Jira, Slack, Trello, Asana and Zendesk.
Pricing: every plan has unlimited page views and unlimited feedback, so a busy site never hits a usage cap. Bootstrap is $49/mo with 3 feedback forms. Startup is $99/mo with 10 forms, screenshots and integrations. Corporate is $249/mo with 25 forms and your own branding.
What it doesn’t do: Saber Feedback works on websites and web apps, not native mobile apps or email. It doesn’t include heatmaps or session recordings, and it isn’t a full CX platform like GetFeedback.
2. Usersnap
Usersnap collects feedback and bug reports with screenshots on websites and in apps, and adds surveys and AI tools that group and summarise feedback. It suits product teams that get a lot of feedback and want help sorting it.
Pricing: Starter is €49/mo for 2 seats, 2 projects and 100,000 page views. Growth is €129/mo, and AI feedback processing starts on Professional at €219/mo. Check the page-view limit, which a busy site can pass quickly. See our Usersnap comparison for more detail.
3. Userback
Userback combines a feedback widget with screenshots, surveys and session replay. It’s popular with SaaS teams that want visual bug reports and product surveys in one place.
Pricing: there’s a free plan with 2 seats, but feedback can only be viewed for 7 days after it arrives. Paid plans start at $29/mo billed yearly. Surveys, session replay and console capture start on the Business plan at $79/mo billed yearly.
4. Mopinion
Mopinion is built for larger companies. It collects feedback on websites, in mobile apps and in emails, with modal, slide-in and embedded forms, text and sentiment analysis, and dashboards. Every plan includes unlimited users and surveys.
Pricing: Standard starts at €279/mo and Enterprise at €999/mo, depending on page views, apps and email volume. There’s a 14-day free trial with no credit card. For a small site, that’s more than you need. See our Mopinion comparison.
5. Contentsquare
Contentsquare is an experience analytics platform: heatmaps, session replay, funnels and error monitoring.
Its Voice of Customer tools add feedback widgets and on-page surveys, so you can see what visitors do and then ask them why. That suits marketing and UX teams who want feedback next to their analytics.
Pricing: surveys and feedback are priced by monthly responses, separately from analytics. The free plan includes 100 responses a month and 3 surveys or feedback widgets. Growth starts at $79/mo, with 500 or more responses a month and unlimited surveys. Pro is priced on request. Once you reach your response limit, surveys and widgets stop showing until the next month, so check how much feedback you expect.
Which GetFeedback alternative is best for you?
Start with what you need:
- A feedback button on your website or web app: GetFeedback, Saber Feedback, Usersnap or Userback. Saber Feedback has simple published pricing and no page-view limits.
- Feedback in mobile apps and emails as well: Mopinion.
- Surveys alongside heatmaps and recordings: Contentsquare or Userback.
- Feedback that ends up in SurveyMonkey: GetFeedback, if your team already uses SurveyMonkey.
Then check the limits that affect you: page views, number of seats, and which plan includes screenshots and the integrations you need. Whatever you choose, try it on your real site for a week before you commit.
