Integrating Saber Feedback with Basecamp

With our Basecamp integration, Saber Feedback will create a Basecamp todo for each feedback report you receive via your Saber Feedback button.

Basecamp Integration uses OAUTH to connect with your Basecamp account. Click the Connect to Basecamp button:

You will then need to authorize Basecamp in order to integrate Saber Feedback with your Basecamp Account:

Click the green Yes, I’ll allow access button. You’ll now be able to set up your Basecamp integration:

Please Note: If you have access to more than one Basecamp account, you will first need to select with which account you'd like to integrate.

Todo List

Here you can choose to which todo list you would like Saber Feedback to create todos.

Todo Name

Required

This allows you to define the name of the todos submitted through Saber Feedback. If the name contains {{summary}}, this will be replaced with a summary of the feedback reports description.
