Third-party Integrations
Saber Feedback can be set up to send feedback details to a number of third-party tools, via its direct integrations with Zendesk, Jira, Trello , Slack, Asana, Redmine , Basecamp , GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab. Saber Feedback also supports integration with Zapier, through which you can integrate with over 200 other tools and services, as well as custom webhook integrations. You can also set up Saber Feedback to email you with the details from every feedback report.
Setting up a new Integration
To set up an integration, or modify an existing one, click the Third-party Integrations link from the side menu, then click the Setup New Integration button at the top right of the page, choose the service with which you’d like to set up an integration from the drop down list.
This will take you to the websites’s overview page. Click the blue Setup New Integration button at the top right of the page, and then choose the service you’d like to integration with from the dropdown.
